Moderators Andavari Posted January 4, 2011 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2011 You'll need to provide more information for the Bug Fixers and/or Development Team to test this: * Microsoft Windows operating system version (i.e.; XP, Vista, 7) * Internet Explorer version * CCleaner version The current version of CCleaner is 3.02.1343, if you're not using this version please update it from here. Moderators Nergal Posted January 4, 2011 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2011 Also uncheck everything on both tabs one by one check each thing and clean (unchecking the previous item after a clean) and check the temp folder location (after each clean). This will help the dev team to work out which section in causing this to happen. I'd say start with the most likly suspect and work from there. This thread is closed as the user already has an open thread with the same issue, which has begun recieving help. Please do not double post. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=31079 ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
