major bug: cccleaner moves IE temporary folder

please only cccleaner tech ,Moderators Bug Fixers and Development people can post

 

first time i noticed this bug when i could not delete any files from temporary files folders,cookies.history. Then i looked for my tempory files folder and saw it moved to temp C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Local Settings\Temp

 

then i moved it back to C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

 

and everything was working normal

 

then i ran cccleaner to delete files in this folder and immediately the folder changed to the temp folder again

 

i tried everything else before

 

system info:

cccleaner v3.02.1343

 

OS: windows xp pro sp3 with all windows updates

 

using IE 6.0.2900.5512 sp3 with the lastest windows updates

You'll need to provide more information for the Bug Fixers and/or Development Team to test this:

* Microsoft Windows operating system version (i.e.; XP, Vista, 7)

* Internet Explorer version

* CCleaner version

 

The current version of CCleaner is 3.02.1343, if you're not using this version please update it from here.

Also uncheck everything on both tabs

one by one check each thing and clean (unchecking the previous item after a clean) and check the temp folder location (after each clean).

This will help the dev team to work out which section in causing this to happen. I'd say start with the most likly suspect and work from there.
