Picablu
I have used Snipping Tool to capture a window containing an error message that I receive when attempting to email a file from my Documents folder. I don't understand what it's telling me, or what I can do about it. I hope someone can clear up my confusion. Oh-oh! The capture is so small I'm not sure anyone can read it, and I don't know how to make it larger.
Aethec
I assume your email provider is Gmail? (Don't worry, the capture can be viewed full-size by clicking on it) Piriform French translator

I did run around in circles in the Gmail Help, and could not find a solution. Perhaps you could direct me? Or would it be necessary to close the account, and set it up all over again? Thank you for your time.

Sorry to have let my reply go so long. I followed the recommendations in your first response with no luck. Now, if I go to my account name in the mail screen and choose properties, there is only a general tab. No servers tab!?! Oh well, I am able to accomplish what I wanted using my Hotmail account only one minor inconvenience. I can't use the email response feature for some websites. I can live with that. Appreciate your time and responses.
