I have to agree they have many nice utilities, many of which are CLI so I simply unzip those into the Windows folder and use them via a Command Prompt such as RegJump, Contig, etc.

Yes, i don't think they have utilities that requires installation. Like you mentioned, they are either Command Prompt utilities or "extract and run" ones.
