  1. Thanks But I am not seeing this filekey in included in the AVG entry for 3.24. May need to be readded to winapp2.ini [AVG AntiVirus Installer*] LangSecRef=3024 Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\AVG Default=False FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\AVG*\SetupBackup|*.*

  4. Looks like 2013 removed a few of the directories. As is only history.xml (FileKey3) is removed, and temp disabling AVG FileKey 6 & 7 get cleaned.
  5. Thanks, Here's the fixed Entry I had the other filekeys mainly as a troubleshooter for when gimp would hang during launch. [Gimp More*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8\ Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\fontconfig\cache FileKey2=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|colorrc FileKey3=%LocalAppData%|recently-used.xbel edit: FileKey6. profilerc can be rebuilt after opening prefrences and saving.
  6. This is the entry I use for Gimp [Gimp Cache*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8\ Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\fontconfig\cache FileKey2=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|colorrc FileKey3=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|controllerrc FileKey4=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|parasiterc FileKey5=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|pluginrc FileKey6=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|profilerc FileKey7=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|dockrc FileKey8=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|templaterc FileKey9=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|unitrc FileKey10=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|tags.xml FileKey11=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|themerc FileKey12=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|toolrc FileKey13=%UserProfile%\.gimp-2.8|menurc FileKey14=%LocalAppData%|recently-used.xbel I checked filekeys 2-13 and they can be removed as they automatically rebuild themselfs when removed. FileKey 2, colorrc will remove all custom colors. Might need a Warning ra2or woukd you like to test this to double check?
  7. I recently changed to DD-WRT firmware on a WRT54G. Added A lot more features and stability. The instructions on their site are long but fairly straight forward.
  8. As an AVG user those sound interesting.
  9. Yay! I had searched the built in's too, guess I left in the |*.*| No wonder my search didn't match anything or it hid from me
  10. Found a couple older entries that haven't made it into winapp2.ini yet. http://forum.pirifor...ndpost&p=210165 [ThumbCacheToDelete*] LangSecRef=3025 DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\ThumbCacheToDelete|*.*|REMOVESELF & http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=32310&view=findpost&p=209480 [NetworkService Temps*] LangSecRef=3025 DetectFile1=%WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Temp Default=False FileKey1=%WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Temp|*.txt
  11. Thanks! The Detects that use "HKCU" don't seem to be detected I noticed this only because firefox went from really long to really short edit: Only the firefox entries. I did do a clean install of Firefox 14 when it was released, wonder if they changed? or did I goof the install
  12. are all those DetectFiles necessary for Flash Player More*? why not use a DetectFile for the flash folder itself? [Adobe Flash Player More*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\Macromedia\FlashPlayer DetectFile1=%AppData%\Adobe\Flash Player\ Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\Adobe\Flash Player\AssetCache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%AppData%\Macromedia\Flash Player|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%WinDir%\System32\Macromed\Flash|FlashInstall.log FileKey4=%WinDir%\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash|FlashInstall.log
  13. LOL oops. I did too. edit: thanks to the mod that fixed/removed my topic
  14. Thanks winapp! I just posted it in Bug Reporting
  15. Mine cleans the same two you showed but skips the second FileKey2. changing the second FileKey2 to FileKey3 It'll clean 2 files ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache-S-1-5-21-3736337810-901014033-4281033208-1000-12288.dat 3,868 KB C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache-System.dat 226 KB
  16. AH! found it in winapp.ini I think it has an error [Font Cache] ID=1040 LangSecRef=3003 LangRef=3152 FileKey1=%WinDir%\System32|FNTCACHE.DAT FileKey2=%LocalAppData%|GDIPFONTCACHEV1.DAT FileKey2=%windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local|FontCache*.dat Shouldn't it be FileKey3?
  17. Question carried over from http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=36110 I don't see Cached WPF Fonts* in the latest winapp2, was it removed in a previous update?
  18. Firefox updated to 13.0.1 http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/13.0.1/releasenotes/ Also does the beta write over the stable release or along side?
  19. http://www.piriform.com/defraggler/download shows v2.10.424 as the current now
  20. I tried saving settings to INI and enabling boot time defrag from that. The settings stay saved (until I tried clicking a boot defrag option then it reset back to 0) but it still won't preform a boot defrag. Using http://www.piriform....gglers-ini-file as a guide Tried both for NativeMode= Boot Time defrag run mode 0 = disable 1 = run once 2 = run everytime Also getting the Run as Admin popup after updating defraggler on a 3rd pc which has Win7 pro 32bit edit: attached log
  21. Opps. I thought I put it in my first post Both XP and Win7 are running 32bit
  22. When trying to click a boot time Defrag Option (Run Once/Everytime) I encounter this: Tried: Running it as Admin Running the install as Admin Doing a clean install of Defraggler I'm getting it in both Windows 7 and xp
  23. I tried Geek Uninstaller. I like the leftover file search better then Iobits. Geek showed more leftover entries, But after running Iobit a few of the files Geek showed had already been removed. Looks like Iobit automatically removes some files/entries before it does a Power Scan. Geek lacks a setting to create a system restore point (or i couldn't find it). I normally create my own backup and restore point so it's not an issue for me. Geek does leave behind an entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Geek Uninstaller and %APPDATA%/Geek Uninstaller
  24. Modified Added FileKey2 after snapshot 12w18a, single player will run as a local server [Minecraft*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile=%AppData%\.minecraft Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\.minecraft\stats|*.old FileKey2=%AppData%\.minecraft\server|server.log
  25. [Windows Live Movie Maker Recent List*] LangSecRef=3022 Detect=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Movie Maker Default=False RegKey1=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Movie Maker\Recent should be tested more to make sure it rebuilds the recent key after clearing. via www.windowsmoviemakers.net/Forums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=251089 and http://answers.micro...5e-39c413188ed0
