Hello.. I got some problem with my OS
Yesterday, I successfully upgrade to XP SP3(no big deal).Now, windows always notify me to install net.1.1 SP1.I tried to install it but failed and failed again. How to solve this problem ? is it important to install it ?
OS : XP Pro SP3
NET.FRAMEWORK 1.0,2.0,3.0 & 3.5 INSTALLED

You may have already seen these threads.I am not sure.
It seems you need to cleanup 1.1 and the MS installer.
This can be done with this MVPs work .It works for all .net versions . It is a real time saver. Keep a link to his site and look around.
You will see this guy is a .net framework genius . I have used his tool and had no problems.

DennisD did a lot of work investigating .Net framework and this thread is very similar to your exact problem. This is why I think once you clean up where your problem is then you can reinstall with no problems.

Please give me some advice ? My PC has .net framework 1.1,2.0 and the latest 3.5.When windows try to install ver 1.1 SP1(through automatic updates),it didn't work,failed and failed again.
I tried to find the the answer to fix this problem at Microsoft.com but I can't get it,yet. Is it safe just keep ver 2.0 and ver 3.5 and remove / uninstall ver 1.1 ?

Azada's not free, they have a 60 minute demo for free.
If you're new to sites like Big Fish Games, Reflexive Arcade or Play First, you can play 60 minute demos till your head falls off. Try downloading all 4 demos of the Ricochet series. That's 4 hours of headbanging fun right there.

There are hundreds of free games out there, but many parents may not approve of them.
Abandonia has a good lot, Link Here, and so does Abandonia Reloaded, Link Here. However, many of these games are very old, and you may need to download DOSbox or another DOS emulator, as XP/Vista doesn't seem to run DOS games like they should be able to, but choose not to.
Hrm. A few shooters come to mind, but, again, most of the games I play are either very old (ie - DOS games, NES games, etc.) or, when it comes to the internet, MUDs (Achaea, Aetolia, and the like)
games can run in my PC (XP Pro SP2,512 RAM).

I have FF2 and I would like to install the latest version. Should I uninstall older version or overwrite on it ?
I read at mozilla.com that FF3 better than FF2. is it possible to uninstall FF2 with REVO 1.71 (include left over files like profile) and install new one ? will crash or conflict each other ?

Try running the System File Checker, go to Start > Run? and type in:
sfc /scannow (note there is a space between c and the /)
