If you do start>run and type in sevices.msc is jqs.exe listed as stopped? If not, stop it, ok that, and then reboot and try your install again.

 

Are you sure all previous version are uninstalled?

 

Are you using xp or vista?

 

I did what you suggest,didn't work

 

in Revouninstaller list,stil have Java (TM ) 6 update 7.should I uninstalled it too ?

in Add/Remove list,it's clear.

 

Now if I try to open java in control panel,it shows 'The system cannot find the registry key specified:HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\1.6.0_11'

 

I also tried with Windows Installer Cleanup Utility,didn't work !

 

What's wrong ?

If you have uninstalled the previous versions perhaps have a look in taskmanager and make sure that jqs.exe is not still running there, if it is, kill the service there and try the install again.

I tried to updates / install the latest JRE but failed.It shows 'error :25099'.I also tried to find the answer in Java help center and follow the steps to fix this error but didn't work !.

Hi. I tried to install the latest version Super V.2009 but Avira detects some file (ff2ogg.tmp & Mowavin.smk.tmp) as a trojan and heur. I downloaded the installer from author (erightsoft.com)

I tried to play video or streaming ( like youtube )in FF3 or IE8 but it just played second then buffer...buffer and finally freeze. any advices ? what a problem ? :huh:
