  2. This is all I get when I click on your image:

ImageShack again. I've given up completely on waiting for images to load, or having to load pages twice on that site. Do yourself a favour and find another hosting site. There are lots to choose from, and then we can all enjoy looking at the Desktops you post.

    Alternative hosting sites:

That's just a friendly suggestion of course, as we're not banning ImageShack until next month.

    :)

    Thank your suggest,Dennis ;)

    I'll try alternative hosting images.

Back to my previous post,Edited. ;)

In XP you can cleanup all but the most recent restore points. Obviously be sure you won't need any old ones before you do this...

Click Start, and then click My Computer.

Right-click the disk in which you want to free up space, and then click Properties.

Click the General tab, and then click Disk Cleanup.

Click the More Options tab, and then under System Restore, click Clean up.

Click Yes to remove all but the most recent restore point.

Click OK, click Yes to proceed with this action, and then click OK

  5. Thank you for the reply; and I read the doc before downloading program, then went to this forum and saw all kinds of questions relating to running CCleaner. I went ahead and ran program as selected for the exception under applications and I "de-selected" those 3 options because I was not sure what would be deleted under those 3 programs. I did the analize thing and delted or fixed as program requested. Is there a report anywhere as to what the program deleted , fixed or changed ? Thanks for any replies. jt

what do you mean "de-selected" 3 options under app ?

could you give more detail ?

  6. Have a Dell Inspiron 531 running Windows Vista Home Premium cr2007 SP1 set to load updates nightly; I have down loaded CCleaner, read some forum questions and replies and now I am bit scared of running this clean up program. I do not understand all the workings behind the sceen but am able to navigate programs pretty well. With the selections that ccleaner automatically has set for cleaning, am I safe to run this program on my computer. At the current time I am using Panda Software for AV SW program and have been using it for about 2 yrs and feel safe with the program. I understand temp files but know nothing about "cookies" and Inet stuff. Just afraid to proced from what I have read on some of the forum questions. Any guidelines for a beginner? Thanks for any replies. jt

  7. Having back pain is horrible. My lower back was injured on the job back in the early 90's and has never been the same since, although I find doing some abdominal core strengthening exercises helps me some - not sit ups though as that hurts my back like crazy.

Microwave popcorn also smells lovely when heated up, but wait you weren't talking about food.

    Happy Birthday ;);)
