I can go to sites that use a microsoft.net account i think it is and i can change my password and everything but i cant log in to IM! Any suggestions? It will probably prompt you to change your password. Edit: Or their server is screwed up right now. Aaron...log onto MSN using your hotmail account. It will probably prompt you to change your password. I dont have a hotmail account, im not sure how i got it set up but i sign on with "neighberaaron@yahoo.com". Aaron, delete this registry key: It wasn't there so im guessing thats not the problem.. thanks cap and krit for trying, im still puzzled though and im really wanting to get my contacts back.. Although now that I think about it, I think that may have changed a bit ago. Huh, Aaron....dunno. Is there a logged error that gives more info? Try Trillian if you use mutilple clients like I do. I've been trillian for years. Need any help just let me know. You actually need to see the err msgs in the console window.
