Cada vez que intento comprobar si he recibido la Licencia me remite de nuevo a confirmar el pago. No encuentro la manera de contactar con alguien que me ayude a solucionar el problema. Pago y no dan factura de compra y sí figura que he comprado el software el día 1 de febrero. Ya no me atrevo a volver a comprobar de nuevo porque volverán a pedirme que confirme el pago y lo pagaría ya tres veces. Alguien puede ayudarme. Gracias.
