Michael J P
After installing CCleaner and running the elements of the program I found that my home screen had changed from Windows 10 back to what I believe is Windows 7. I have asked for help to revert to Windows 10 on several occasions over the past week, but with no response where 48 hours is the given time limit. What am I doing wrong? Moderators nukecad Posted January 25 Moderators Share Posted January 25 Surely you can tell if your system is Windows 10 or Windows 7. Go to Setttings>System>About and see what it says there. Or open a comand prompt and type: winver CCleaner could not change a Windows version, it simply does not have the capability to do that. Can you post a screenshot of your desktop? *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? redwolfe_98
if you are using windows 10, go to settings/personalization/background, and set the background to whatever you like.
