Moderators nukecad Posted November 28, 2023 Moderators Share Posted November 28, 2023 You need to contact support and ask them to cancel it for you: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Mark99
I found it quicker and easier than this. Find the email from Cleverbridge/Piriform regarding your order. Scroll down to find the section Subscription Overview Click the blue button to manage your subscription On the new web page, you will find an option to cancel your "plan". Use that. You will find that auto-renew has been cancelled.
