Hi there, I just renewed my subscription and yes....it's auto extension but it's allright I can see the "Manage subscripton" now. but the problem is it's request the Cleverbridge reference number . so I check on email but there is no any email from CClener send to me..... so....what should I do? Thank you

I get same problem ,what about plan to renew on blackmonday then I just realize mine is automatically renewed then try to find the way to unsubscribe but....there is no anyway I can do. I feel like they try to hide the Disable automatically renewed from us and collected our money without knowing .That not the right thing!!!! I happy to us CClener but not happy the way they treat. so...I'm not renew it yet first thing I want to do is unsubscribe first.

Hi there, I using CCleaner almost 2 years and I just fond it's auto extension that I dosen't like. so I try to find the way from many guide but I still not see the way how to disable auto extension. Can anyone help me please? I don't see the any option that I can change. Thank .
