LobQer Posted August 26, 2023 Share Posted August 26, 2023 I've emailed twice now (to support@ccleaner.com) Asking for some info on whether or not I can get a refund, I'm not using the product anymore and forgot to cancel the auto-renew. We moderators find it difficult to get any answers to questions we have too. I am not able to see any recent purchases associated with the email address registered to your forum email address did you also use the same email address to submit your support request? Please could you direct message me with the email address you used for your purchase or any purchase IDs that you would have received at the time of purchase so I can process the refund for you?
