CCleaner recommended to help with unrooting Android

Recommended Posts

PLEASE HELP!!!!! Im currently using an Android that was loaned to me by a friend after my iphone was stolen.  I'm getting used to it for the most part, but the biggest problem that I'm having right now is that I can't use tap to pay because the phone is jailbroken & rooted. In one of my searches CCleaner was recommended for helping me with reversing this so that I can use the tap to pay feature.

I would appreciate any help with this, whether it's advice with this app, another app, or something else altogether.

Thanks!!!

No ccleaner cannot help unroot. I suggest the forum for your device on xda https://forum.xda-developers.com/ .

It should be easy for them to walk you through unrooting.  Really a factory reset is probably all you need.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Thanks so much!!!!

What do I do if I don't see my phone listed? It's a motorola one 5G ace, which I'm sure is a bottom of the barrel phone to begin with.

I was given an iphone,, but I have to get into it, it was their dads & he passed away, but no one knows his passcode to get into the phone or his icloud password....it's always something, but I'm just grateful to have something to attempt to use.
