jtaranta
I am getting this error when trying to register the product. I have uninstalled and re-installed the product at least twice and it still gives me this error. Why can't paying customers just open a problem ticket with this company in order to get problems resolved? You depending on "community forums" to answer questions about your product makes me nervous about the products efficacy and I am wondering if I made a mistake purchasing it. redwolfe_98
try disabling your HOSTS file by renaming it to "nohosts" and see if that makes a difference. normally the HOSTS file is located at "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc."

There is a 'Contact Us' link in many of the pages in the support documentation which you can use to raise a ticket. The link is: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 Or if you prefer you can simply email them: support@ccleaner.com *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
