mikelmc
I bought the 2 year CCleaner Pro Plus license today and had to activate it to get the cash back option .. My Old license was good thru July 2022 but the new license says only good to 4/12/2024. I want to know how I can get that changed to be 2 years from the end of my old license? Moderators nukecad Posted April 13, 2022 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2022 Usually if you purchase a new licence using the same email address then the time remaining on the old will be added to the new, it happens automatically but can take up to a day to happen. However there are a couple of circumstances where it doesn't happen automatically, and this looks like one. As it looks like it's more than 90 days before the old licence expires then you'll need to contact support about getting them merged. Send them an email at support@ccleaner.com asking for a 'licence merge' of the old and new licences. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Admin Dave CCleaner Posted April 13, 2022 Admin Share Posted April 13, 2022 @mikelmc: Looks like you posted this about 65 minutes before the nightly extension batch ran. You should be able to confirm this yourself now through the licence information in your copy of CCleaner, or via https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup, but I am now seeing for you an expiry date of 07 July 2024.
