I'm trying to activate a newly purchased license key and i get the error below. I'm running the as of the time of writing, latest version. I can connect to update the program no issues. But this error still persists. I can't find "customer support team" anywhere on Ccleaner website to get assistance as is mentioned in the pic. I've knocked all anti-virus and firewall off, note that the updater server easily connects with or without these on/off.

There may be a bottle neck as people update to today's update. But as @hazelnut said support can be reached via those two methods

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
