Difficulty downloading and registering.

I, too, paid CCleaner for Professional, several weeks ago, and have been unable to download it.

I (finally) got the license Key, but where do I put it? I've seen the tutorials, but can't make heads or tails of them. I'm computer illiterate. Why do you make things so complicated? Why is there no TELEPHONE NUMBER I can call, to actually talk to someone?

It should be fairly simple to do, I'll walk you through it.

1. Download the installer for CCleaner Standard version - Click this link http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
2. Double click on the downloaded installer (ccsetup587.exe) to install CCleaner as the Free version.
3. Open CCleaner
4. Click Options
5. Click About
6. Click 'upgrade to Pro'
7. Enter your licence key as asked
8. Click 'Register'
9. Job done, CCleaner is now registered as the Professional version

EDIT - I have changed the thread title, but the image that has now mysteriously appeared in your post appears to be a forum glitch, (It's from a different user/different thread altogether)
I have left it there for now while the team investigate why it's suddenly appeared in your post like that.

If you purchased and did not install you should have received at least one followup email with a reminder of how to download with registration instructions, a link to How to register and activate CCleaner Professional – Piriform Support and a reminder that you can contact support@ccleaner.com (which was also in your order confirmation email) if you need assistance with registration.

When it comes it entering your licence key, be sure to copy and paste it from your order confirmation email.  Most cases of difficulties with registration are from people mistranscribing the letter "I" as the number "1", etc.

Is there a telephone number where I can talk to an actual person, who can talk me through the procedure, and whom I can ask to make sure that I get the full time I paid for? 

Keep in mind, I'm computer illiterate.

Hi @Glenn Robinson: you should have had a followup email or two by now about how to register your licence, which would have included a quick guide and also a link to the help article here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043844-How-to-register-and-activate-CCleaner-Professional

1. First step is to make sure that you have the registered user name and licence key from your order confirmation email handy.
2. If you already have CCleaner installed, open it up, and go to Options > About to copy and paste in your licence information.

If you still need assistance, we have a few dozen people ready to help you at support@ccleaner.com - although I would recommend giving it a try yourself first, since with it being New Year and the weekend, and with a bit of a rush of new customers at the moment, it may presently take them a day or two to respond.
