Always the articles and links. Good luck, Plt. I don't think Ccleaner has a telephone -- or any personnel, for that matter. I've found it impossible to actually speak to anyone. It must all be an elaborate, automated computer program.

Is there a telephone number where I can talk to an actual person, who can talk me through the procedure, and whom I can ask to make sure that I get the full time I paid for? Keep in mind, I'm computer illiterate.

I, too, paid CCleaner for Professional, several weeks ago, and have been unable to download it. I (finally) got the license Key, but where do I put it? I've seen the tutorials, but can't make heads or tails of them. I'm computer illiterate. Why do you make things so complicated? Why is there no TELEPHONE NUMBER I can call, to actually talk to someone?
