Please before this pandemic I had CCCleaner pro installed on my pc but with the kids confined at home they decided to use dads pc and little fiddle ,fingers made some changes to my pc, so, seeing as I had to reinstall I went for windows 10. So after setting everything up I reinstalled CCCleaner only to find the pro version which I have I cant register because the code is correct but I have lost the email that verified that the code I have is correct but I have not got a copy of my emails to verify my purchase. I am more than prepared to pay for another copy when I am able to go back to work. Is there any other way of verifying it. Cheers Bill

As long as you are still using the same email address as when you purchased then you can have your licence details quickly resent to you by email.

Simply use the form here: https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup

If you are no longer using the same email address then you can contact support by email on support@ccleaner.com
You will need to tell them the email address that you used when purchasing so that they can look up the details.

@CAREBEAR: Hi and welcome to the CCleaner community forum.  Although the team at support@ccleaner.com are the best folks to help with licence-related issues, I did do a quick check, and if it is your CCleaner Professional Plus licence key ending with 2ZIF, note that it expired about a month ago.  If you'd like to keep using the paid features of CCleaner Professional, your best bet is probably to hop onto https://www.ccleaner.com and pick yourself up a fresh licence.
