Registration problems

Ik heb al enkele jaren CCleaner Pro Plus. Nu liep dat 17 maart 2020 af. Ik heb het verlengd - nieuwe gekocht CCleaner Pro Plus inclusief alle software, en alles betaald.  Maar wil niets registreren:  The registration information you entered is invalid.  Ik heb vele malen gemaild, steeds dezelfde antwoorden, dezelfde sleutel. Dan  5 april eindelijk een andere sleutel..... maar die doet het ook niet. Dit duurt nu al een maand. Dit is een slechte service, hier heb ik niets aan en wil mijn geld terug. Mijn vertrouwen is nihil.   Translation:   I have had CCleaner Pro Plus for several years. Now that ended March 17, 2020. I extended it - bought new CCleaner Pro Plus including all software, and paid for everything. But don't want to register anything: The registration information you entered is invalid. I have emailed many times, always the same answers, the same key. Then April 5 finally another key ..... but it does not. This has been going on for a month now. This is a bad service, this is of no use to me and I want my money back. My confidence is nil.

For your licence key beginning with "PHF5" please check carefully that you have entered your registration details exactly as contained in the email that you received from the customer service team on Monday.

Controleer voor uw licentiesleutel die begint met "PHF5" zorgvuldig of u uw registratiegegevens precies hebt ingevoerd zoals vermeld in de e-mail die u maandag van de klantenservice heeft ontvangen.

Ik heb twee keer een sleutel gehad en beiden beginnen met  PHF5. Ik heb tenminste beiden twintig keer ingevuld in de registratievakken. Ik heb de sleutels ingevoerd bij CCleaner, daarna ook bij de geïnstalleerde Defragler, Recuva en Speccy, het enige wat ik krijg is The registration information you entered is invalid. ik heb dus meermalen naam en sleutel ingevuld. Ik heb ook alles van CCleaner van de PC gehaald en opnieuw begonnen. Niets helpt.  Translation :  I've had a key twice and both start with PHF5. I have filled in at least twenty times in the registration boxes. I entered the keys with CCleaner, then also with the installed Defragler, Recuva and Speccy, all I get is The registration information you entered is invalid. I therefore entered the name and key several times. I also removed everything from CCleaner from the PC and started again. Nothing helps.

The OP has replied  (In a slightly odd way by reporting his own post so I've copied it here).

There appears to have been a typo when support issued his new registration.
