Sadhu108
CCleaner is GREAT! But Options>Monitoring>Enable Browser Monitoring, only four browsers are listed. I use Pale Moon and also Sea Monkey, and I would like to be able to set CCleaner to "Automatically clean on closing without notification". Would Piriform kindly add these two browsers to the list. Moderators Nergal Posted September 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted September 15, 2015 {Edit: I would think that b}oth palemoon and seamonkey should trigger their parent browser's warning (I believe firefox is the PB for both) is this not the case. if you use customlocation ( http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-clean-user-data-from-non-standard-mozilla-browsers ) does it work? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators mta Posted August 28, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 28, 2017 +1 (didn't think it was worth opening a new topic, when we had a perfectly good, old one to dust off) @nergal, no sadly, just tried it with a CustomLocation for Slimjet and it's not auto cleaned by Monitoring. so this would be a good feature to get with a Pro license. now with the proliferation of Chrome and Firefox clones I for one would welcome this feature. Moderators mta Posted October 11, 2017 Moderators Share Posted October 11, 2017 I finally ended up using my own winapp2.ini file for SlimJet as the current one could do with some merging of entries and addition of extra folders. mine is; [slimJet - Cache*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default\GPUCache|*.*|RECURSEFileKey2=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default\Cache|*.*|RECURSEFileKey3=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default\Media Cache|*.*|RECURSEFileKey4=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\ShaderCache\GPUCache|*.*|RECURSE[slimJet - Cookies*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default|Cookies;Cookies-journal[slimJet - Favicons*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default|Favicons;Favicons-journal[slimJet - Internet History*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default|Archived History;Archived History-journal;History;History Provider Cache;History-journal;Visited Links;Top Sites;Top Sites-journal[slimJet - Login Data*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default|Login Data;Login Data-journal[slimJet - Session*]LangSecRef=3029DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\SlimJetDefault=FalseFileKey1=%LocalAppData%\SlimJet\User Data\Default|Last Session;Last Tabs;Current Session;Current Tabs Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data.
