(And Piriform, if you're listening, such information should be available somewhere, so that users don't have to go fishing like this.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Software\Piriform\CCleaner\AutoICS (value repeated in MANY more locations)
Moderators Andavari Posted August 29, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 29, 2015 There's also a RunICS setting. I searched the web for both of them but couldn't find any information detailing what they're for.
Moderators hazelnut Posted August 29, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 29, 2015 It may have to do with Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) and seeing whether you have it set up for auto connections? login123
Here on win xp there is one registry entry for AutoICS. It is well hidden, a normal regedit will not show it. Fwiw. SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\avast! Antivirus\AutoICS The CCleaner SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-) Pssssst: ... It isn't really a cloud. Its a bunch of big, giant servers.
