Morpheus
Options > Advaned > Context Menu > Add 'Scan for deleted files' option to Explorer context menu Add 'Scan for deleted files' option to Recycle Bin context menu Both options are greyed out on whatever PC I install on, runing program as normal, or with elevated privilages. If the boxes are there, why can't they be ticked or unticked? The Pirifom guide has not been updated: http://docs.piriform.com/recuva http://www.piriform.com/docs/recuva/recuva-settings Thanks. Moderators Nergal Posted June 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 8, 2015 Are either of you running portable recuva? What OS version from both off you. Are you running recuva with full administrative privileges? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. trium
i use in this case w8.1 64 bit - yes, with admin rights. i just found that the portable version 1.52 has no menu tab like "advanced -> Context Menu"... the installed version 1.52 is from first install from older version, perhaps 1.48 or 1,49 and then the new version just installed above. in xp sp3 these context menu points also disabled... with recuva 1.51 Versions of CCleaner Cloud; Introduction Ccleaner Cloud; Ccleaner-->System-Requirements; Ccleaner FAQ´s; Ccleaner builds; Scheduling Ccleaner Free Es ist möglich, keine Fehler zu machen und dennoch zu verlieren.
