Which Operating System? Try running Windows Update to check if there is some Visual C++ updates or download latest redistributables (from www.microsoft.com).

Windows 8 64 bit

i have the last Visual C++

You might have Firefox process(es) running at the background.

No.

Did you check? Some of the processes might be named as firefox.exe and plugin_container.exe.

Are you using other browsers?

I'm sure, I checked several times

Can you post the full application error log from the Windows Event Viewer?

Where is the error log?

Press the Windows key (the one with the flag on it) +W

Type event into search box

This should then enable you to select 'view event logs'

They may take a few seconds to load.

Try selecting Windows logs and Application logs.

Double click on any that seem relevant (same time as your ccleaner error) and copy and paste error into a post here.

when does this error occur? At launch? At analysis? At clean?

Please run ccleaner in debug mode http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=37347

and attach the log to this thread

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
