Moderators hazelnut Posted March 27, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 27, 2013 Press the Windows key (the one with the flag on it) +W Type event into search box This should then enable you to select 'view event logs' They may take a few seconds to load. Try selecting Windows logs and Application logs. Double click on any that seem relevant (same time as your ccleaner error) and copy and paste error into a post here. Moderators Nergal Posted March 27, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 27, 2013 (edited) when does this error occur? At launch? At analysis? At clean? Please run ccleaner in debug mode http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=37347 and attach the log to this thread Edited March 27, 2013 by Nergal ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
