Windmaker
It would be greatly appreciated if the five options listed during the installation (updating) were opt in choices rather than opt out choices which they are presently (i.e., desktop shortcut, etc.). What purpose is served by causing hundreds of thousands (millions?) of unnecessary and time-wasting selections having to be made each time a user updates to a newer version...which is fairly often. The existing settings are retained without having to select them each time.
ishan_rulz
This has been suggested before my me and others. +1 Simplicity is hard.
Winapp2.ini
Perhaps some sort of option to, if you have a previous version installed, keep what you had previously by default. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
nikki605
Perhaps some sort of option to, if you have a previous version installed, keep what you had previously by default. +1 That would be my preference, as well. Tr3bg0D
That is why I only use the portable version.....I control the options.
Super Fast
+ 5 for me... 1 for each of the 5 options I do not want. All options should be by default uncheckmarked. Having to uncheck everything with every new version gets old... * Hopefully, for CCleaner, Defraggler, Speccy, & Recuva as well. I only ever use the desktop shortcuts & recycle-bin right-click to run CCleaner.
