People don't even need to be going that fast to be completely dangerous. I've seen more mayhem in slow 5-10 MPH parking lots than on the main roads or highways. At 120, you can lose your life far more easily if something goes wrong. I've never seen a 5 mph collision cause someone to flip several times, hahaha!
