Download from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner or here http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds If you still cannot get the download, what browser are you using? I tried both these installs and still nothing. It's strange, it goes through all the install pages, says it has installed successfully but the .exe file isn't in the ccleaner folder to run the program. What's even more strange is, I tried to download the zip file, when I try extract the files, it extracts everything but the .exe file. Any ideas? Have you tried the slim version near the bottom of this page? http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds Have you noticed any other problems on your computer? I'm using Windows XP professional, it's a work computer, I had ccleaner installed, but I was upgrading to the new version and now it won't install properly. I've uninstalled it and tried to do a fresh install but still no luck. I've also tried the slim version. I haven't noticed anything else with my computer. Could my workplace be stopping this from installing correctly? I can't see how they could be. I'm tried with two different browsers, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Moderators hazelnut Posted July 7, 2010 Moderators Share Posted July 7, 2010 I'm afraid this is where my help stops. You are using a works computer and installing programs on it possibly without their knowledge. Sorry. As an Ex network administrator I suggest you contact your network administrator and advise He or She just what software application you would like to install. He or She will advise you if this action is possible or not, good luck.
