JDPower
Are you closing the browser before looking in CCleaner?
pwillener
Do you run the cleaner before looking at the cookies?
Willy2
It looks like you're using IE 7 (or 8). Both programs store cookies in the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\--User--\Cookies". If that folder is/remains empty (use the explorer called ExplorerXP) then CC won't find any cookies at all. Perhaps you installed another webbrowser ? Then ticking that cookie box won't work anymore. Because that new browser could/will store the cookies in a different folder. System setup: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/gcNzIPEjEb0B2khOOBVCHPc A discussion always stimulates the braincells !!! mprd
I have the same issue using IE8 running Windows 7 64-bit. When I try to runn CCCleaner as a normal (not an admin) user then it asks for admin permission and I key in admin password but then the only cookies I see are the admin user's cookies not the cookies of the user running the process. Any comment appreciated.
