It looks like you're using IE 7 (or 8). Both programs store cookies in the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\--User--\Cookies". If that folder is/remains empty (use the explorer called ExplorerXP) then CC won't find any cookies at all.

 

Perhaps you installed another webbrowser ? Then ticking that cookie box won't work anymore. Because that new browser could/will store the cookies in a different folder.

I have the same issue using IE8 running Windows 7 64-bit. When I try to runn CCCleaner as a normal (not an admin) user then it asks for admin permission and I key in admin password but then the only cookies I see are the admin user's cookies not the cookies of the user running the process. Any comment appreciated.
