TechHarmony
Love the addition of Compact Databases in Firefox added to the 2.2x, 2.3x series. I'd like to suggest to show a new line on the 'Cleaning Complete' status display to show the before and after sizes and space saved when the Compact Databases of Firefox is run. That way, we (I) can see how effective it is, and sort of keep track of the size saved vs time used info. Thanks! ishan_rulz
Isn't the 'Cleaning Results Panel' good enough? It shows you what (how much) all it has cleaned. Simplicity is hard.

But I think what my man is basically saying, that if he can see how much the databases are compacted, he can see if it is very little (worthless to checkmark) or a lot(beneficial). For the purpose of analysis is what I believe he wishes it for!
Moderators Andavari Posted May 5, 2010 Moderators Share Posted May 5, 2010 It would indeed be very nice to know how much the Compact Databases option has remove out of Firefox's SQLITE database.
