All of a sudden when ever my computer seems to be running once and a while the windows explorer crashes and it restarts by itself. This gets really annoying when try to dnwload large bittorrents...

I thought maybe that i was just running to may programs at the same time. I know i don't have any viruses or spyware so thats not a option any ideas on why this is happening?

i think i may of had this problem u need to make it so the computer does not automatically restart, u will then get a blue screen of death which some of the techs can help u with.

to do this right click on my computer then on advanced, system recovery, and then unchech auto restart on system failure
