Go to start then Control Panel then System then Advanced and insure that Automatically restart is not checked in Startup and Recovery Settings.

 

Check your power supply voltages and system temperatures with SpeedFan and log them:

IceDrake, follow Kenny'advice.

 

Also have a look in the event viewer -start/control panel/admintools- and have a look in the different catogories to see if anything is listed around that time.

 

If it does happen again and you have followed kenny's instructions, write down the error message and numbers shown before you reboot.
