HI I came accroos this free product when trying to make computer go faster. After using it , my husband can no longer place a comment or a photo on the two sites he uses to show his photos on namely scottish hills and renderocity. Im in big bother now for getting rid of temp files with out his permission What can I do

Hello jangus,

I would recommend first that you uncheck any Application options that may be related to his work.

Unfortunately,that data is probably gone.Your only hope is that your husband has back ups of that data.

 

You can also try Recuva and possibly get those pictures back from the hard drive.They may not have been overwritten with other data yet. Download now from http://www.recuva.com/ . You should let your husband try to recover those pictures since he is more familiar with the file names.

Too many PC users don't even realize that they are not using an Application properly and have the bad habit of leaving important work in temporary files.

You had very good intentions.You might leave the Application cleaning to him.

You can do the Windows files cleaning or leave it all up to him.

I hope you are a good cook.Nobody can stay mad for long when they are hungry.

HI Davey Thanks for help ! ITs not that he cant view pictures but he can't upload new pictures onto his page on the sites. The pre clean ones are all there on view. He usually adds a photo a day and the sites just wont let him do it . He can still get into his pages

You could try clearing the dns resolver cache?

like info name of the free speedUp bet it got speed in it name, and you use IE you be ok with Firefox, # 2 info need you use IE # 3 Firewall name may be firewall or host files you know how to check # 4 full info can he log in ok?
