Capman
Is this Forum slow to load tonight? Or is it just my computer? I feel like I am back on dial-up. I could not even get on earlier.

Capman
Glad I ain't the only one, I just logged off and restarted the computer to see if that helped, it was starting to p### me off. Why does typing a # start media player? I've never had that happen before. *edit* In case you wonder where the # bit and media player come from, it was when I typed p###, and media player kept opening. DjLizard
Not here, so it's obviously an upstream problem. MS should go up gradually, just like this list. If you get a few spots where request timed out, * * *, or the ms suddenly spikes real high, you've found an issue. Capman
Darn, I wanted to see where it was Next time, shoot me a tracert log <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I did try what you suggested, and did not seem to get anything come up at the C: prompt. I obviously did something wrong.
DjLizard
It won't... you just wait for it to spit out another C: line, and then you look at C:\trace.txt Click here if CCleaner Issues are re-appearing DjLizard.net DjLizard.net wiki Dial-a-fix Dial-a-fix tips DjLizard.net software support forum Do you live in Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, or St. Petersburg, Florida? zaphirer
On the tracert thing... that's really cool! But would you consider 22ms -> 87 ms a big leap? The site loads but is kind of laggy.
DjLizard
Not a big leap. That's milliseconds you're talkin' about. 22ms to 1000+ ms would be almost a bad thing. Repeated 1000+ ms would be a very bad thing. 2000+ ms would be very bad.
