If I use another firewall do I have to disable the Windows Firewall?

Most good software firewalls do it for you.

In addition, what's the easiest firewall to use for non-computer savvy folks?

The windows firewall. :P

I guess ZA maybe. Just about all of them are bloated and buggy.

Ashampoo Firewall FREE (requires registration, which is easy) isn't that bad, then there's also PC Tools Firewall Plus, neither are bloated like ZoneAlarm and they both pass tests on GRC.com Shields UP and McAfee's Hackerwatch.org.

With the Ashampoo one I think you have to manually disable Windows Firewall. Then click the recommendations button to tell Security Center you have another firewall installed that you'll manually monitor. Telling Security Center that you'll manually monitor another firewall could very easily bite you on the bullocks if you remove Ashampoo Firewall and forget to undo the changes in Security Center and have Windows Firewall turned off.

I have a router firewall which I have set to high security and nothing gets through that unless I wish it to. But I also use Comodo, which doubles it up even more. Nothing gets in or out unless I allow it.

I used to use Zone Alarm until it started slowing down my machine.
