Inside its about 17 and when I start my PC for the first time on a cold day, the case fan runs flat out for about 1 minute and then settles down to normal after windows starts. Is this normal behavior? dose any one else have a PC that dose this? The weatherman says with the humidity it "feels" like 93 degrees(fahrenheit) right now. I think he needs to go outside and take another guess...something a little closer to 193. lol God I love Florida!!! I'm here. What are your other two wishes?
