Why not just create your own installer using Winrar and the portable version?
-
Awesome!
-
I have quit using it. I have experinced a problem on one of my systems which began loosing files and then security updates were failing. I thought it may have been that system, so I placed it on 2 other systems and they experienced the same problem.

Update on its way
Are we there yet?
Please verify the posted INI.
File INI:
; Version: v1.0.120515 ; Application Cleaning files
Posted Info: Link to download Winapp2.ini Version: v1.0.120425

Thank you MrG.

I use Firefox portable so all I have to do is wipe out my Profiles folder if I want to start from scratch. I wish there was an easy way to export settings or configure FF offline

IMHO, v12 sucks over v11....step backwards. V11 loads much quicker then v12. I waited a while to install v11 thinking there was going to be a v11.1, now I definately will wait for a newer version before updating my other systems,
Waterfox just released v12 today.

I think it is still calling home even though you have it set in the configuration not to call home.

I find a delay before the mouse clicks. I tried to get the ENTER to work on the keyboard but it totally misses them.

How fast can you react?
Just click on the Dart when the Goat starts to run....you get 5 Goats

I just got back an old 1ghz Dell laptop running with 1gig of ram...gonna see how v11 handles it vs IE which was a dog on that system.
-
HA!...I still got a couple of those in my closet

I am been waiting and waiting for v11.01 to come out before I gave v10 an update. Previously the next version was out already, so I just may have to jump into v11 before 11.01 comes out and try it out.

I'm usually a reluctant upgrader with browsers, but as mentioned in that article, Firefox has improved greatly since the 3.6 days, and even I've reached the dizzy heights of version 10.01.
Agree with you Dennis...but you have 2 more steps to go and only one to stay within 10.x...10.0.2 is your next step
I have to do a rebuild next week on a WXP station and I will see how v10 or 11 work with memory. Only reason to sticking with the older version is they take up less memory to run, but so dog slow to load

I counter your request with an alternative.
There is a guy with so much spare time he is constantly changing hats - lets ask him to sort the file before it gets posted
A quick possibility for you is to change one line of code, at line 50.
Original :-
IF %TRIM_NAME%==#_FIX.INI CALL :Sort_INI #_H1.TXT #_H2.TXT
Suggested (and untested) :-
IF %TRIM_NAME%==#_FIX.INI ( CALL :Sort_INI #_H1.TXT #_H2.TXT & EXIT /B )
This change should cause the script to terminate immediately after sorting and replacing the original file.
Please let me know if this is good for you.
Right now a am quite busy beating a new Windows installation into submission
No worries Alan...put it on your backburner. I just made the changes and ran tests. Whether you overwrite or skip, the script terminates at that point.

Alan....I have a request/suggestion
I found that i needed to just make sure the INI file was SORTED or SORT the INI file and go no further. Is there an update you can make to avaoid a CTRL/C to break the process?
-
Sorry for the delay. Updated.
Thanks....don't forget to update the version number in the 1st post
-
We are waiting...........
-
So a system restore prior to the day you got infected.
-
I used to use Easeus but I have found that MiniTools and PartitionGuru do a better job and can easily be run as a portable.

ahhhh...u got an Android OS. I definitely have to switch to Android OS. I even have an HP Tablet with WebOS that I will convert to Android. Wonder if there is an App to turn on/off GPS. That way you just have to remember to turn off GPS....but will the game still go out after GPS gets turned on? Sounds like the phones will be needing a firewall.
