it is possible to burn data repeatedly on DVD-R and DVD+R, for example by multisession or udf but like a usb flash drive? ... mmmmmh.

the other option is directly into the firefox settings to deactivate ...
tools (extras) --> addons --> extensions/plugins -->
--> select the plugin you want --> never activate
or
--> select the extension you want --> deactivate
after newstart of firefox it works
you can all items reactivate in the same way with "allways enable"/"activate" or "ask if you want to activate"

for your old java-versions you can remove this with install a newer 8 and higher version.
if the manually deinstallation dont work, try please the java-uninstall-tool.

please use in out-dated versions instead of "Neue Version! Klicken zum _h_erunterladen..." -> "Neue Version! Klicken zum _H_erunterladen...".
... in den alten Versionen wird wohl niemand mehr irgend etwas ändern... und in den neuen Versionen ist ja, wie schon gesagt, bereits eine anderer Text eingefügt.

I use Avast antivirus and I can see that the download files are in "quarantaine".deactivate your avast only for the download and then reactivate it.
if problems with install --> try rename the ccleaner.exe to blaba.exe or so or try the portable version
