  1. Among IB students "Interrobang" is an ongoing joke. Its the word for "!?"
  2. Not in every day speak. On the internet however.. is another story.
  3. Words that aren't used a lot.. Advantageous, obligatory, societal, niggardly, snollygoster, interrobang, Ishkabibble, the list goes on. Oh the wonders of attending an IB school.. Silly article that reflects student opinions: http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/IB Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Baccalaureate
  4. As seen in my screen cap here, best prank ever, Kudos Microsoft! http://omploader.org/vNDBxYw
  5. is 100 mbits desirable? I've had it for well, years (I think.) http://omploader.org/vM3ZtZw ^ my 1gbps cable connection I believe that Cablevision (one of the best ISPs in the USA to my knowledge) pumps in 1.0gbps, I'm not sure how much of that I'm actually getting (probably around the 100mbps though, as thats what a direct connection to the modem gives.)
  6. Thank you for changing the MFT, and good work! keep it up!
  7. Unless you're running a printer, then the hardware and software are probably just about the same (and as terrible) as they were in 96
  8. How about changing it to a DetectFile=%program files%\(I don't know the google earth directory)|(I dont know the exe name).exe
  9. Mac users would say this isn't an issue since they can't right click anyway. just another reason to get a mac (kidding)
  10. To fix norton would be to remove the company and all its software from the computing world or in your case to delete the entries
  11. that is the strangest thing I've ever heard!
  12. Try cleaning the history from your browser or manually and running ccleaner again does it hang up on analyze or just run cleaner?
  13. Fragmentation of the MFT is like fragmentation of the registry, defragging it is negligible to performance
  14. How does CCleaner affect (if it does) the Win7 superfetching feature?
  15. "fixing" registry problems usually results in programs cutting the string at a certain substring in my experience
  16. nothing will happen to the files themselves other than a disassociation with whatever program they're supposed to be linked to. (for example deleting .mrc as a file extension wont delete my mIRC scripts, however it will delink them from mIRC as an "open" option )
  17. The only entry I have an issue with is Registry Mechanic, and even then I dont need the extra .87 seconds it takes to run because of it.
  18. An OS that constantly self cleans, uses minimal CPU for core processes and has no driver issues, PiriOS (coming 2011)
  19. When I saw the topic I thought you were going to suggest ccleaner cleans ccleaner. You can manually add the .sqlite files with custom files/folders
  20. on *:START: { .timer 44640 270 /writeini -n D:\file.ini test test test } works, it'll just keep overwriting that file over and over, lovely. thanks for the script idea
  21. Winapp2.ini

First thing that comes to mind when I hear "iPad" is a health product for women.
