I found out for some reason I have no clue, it was an error when trying to install the service. I "had" Diskeeper 10, I switched to Auslogics Disk Defrag (freeware). This will open the services window, scroll down to the 'DCOM Server Process Launcher' service and check that the startup type is set to Automatic.
