Applied again in Dec (23) and received an email: Dear Thank you for submitting your cashback claim. You should receive your cashback via your original payment method, within 30 working days. If you have any questions please click here Not received it, and clicking on "here" takes me to the usual Q/A - but nothing relating to the claim.
