Support please

I have had some trouble with CCleaner and need to talk to their tech support.

They appear to not want to talk to me as a customer.

I downloaded the updated version and it messed up my computer; seems to want to take

control of my computer.

It is a shame that CCleaner does not want to contact its customer base.

I even did a trial on the paid version and, again, it seems to want to run my computer.

I wish they'd just get honest about it.  Sorry, but it is important to me to be treated with some

respect.  It's not asking too much.

I am very nervous to pay for a service when customer service is not to be found:

no phone, no email.

I have to join a community forum to get help.  Sorry folks, but it is sometimes not

what needs to be done.   I need to know what is being added to the updates before

I download them.  Thank you.

Can you explain more what you are meaning by that?
ie. What are you doing and what are you seeing?

Note that the support is part of what you are paying for when you buy a CCleaner licence/subscription.
They will help non-paying users too, but of course paying customers come first and Free users are at the back of the support queue for help.
