Stovan
Hi There! First of all, see Attachments. Unfortunately I didn't find a place to attach some pictures in the Help section. I hope the specialists from CCleaner are also reading the messages. I will be glad if someone can solve this problem. Regards, Stovan
Moderators nukecad Posted December 2, 2023 Moderators Share Posted December 2, 2023 You will need to contact support to ask why your licence has been deactivated, the forum cannot access licence details. You can use the form here to raise your request: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general Or you can email them directly: support@ccleaner.com Please be aware that support are very busy at the moment and although you will get a ticket number when using the form, and an acknowlegement email, it's taking much longer that usual for a person to reply. Please also note that as it tells you in the email opening another ticket may put you back down the queue and so further delay the response. (That's just the way that the queueing system works). This gives the most common reasons why accounts may show as 'deactivated', but there are others: https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/63688-autumn-sale/#comment-339311 *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Bastet
I hope support can reactive the license. When I asked about activating a deactivated key I was firmly told it wasn’t possible so I am interested in their answer. Btw support are currently taking 4 weeks to reply to premium license users - it took them that time to reply to me anyway. Virginia/Bastet. Windows 11 Pro 22H2. CCleaner Pro. MalwareBytes Pro. Defender. Macrium Reflect Home.
