After recent update, my account has been deactivated. Strange.

After a recent update, today I tried to run the program and after some checking, the web site says that my account has been deactivated.  Should I request a refund?  Did CCleaner go out of business and not tell anyone?  Why does the support function also not work correctly?  Guess they are just going to try and steal the money that I paid for the program.....

Anyone got any ideas?

Are you seeing this with v6.18?

If you enter your details as asked then CCleaner will be re-registered as Pro, but it's likely to happen again and ask for activation again.

It appears to be a bug in v6.18 - v6.18 has been withdrawn from release at the current time.
Expect a fix soon.

If you want to roll back to v6.17 then download an installer from here and double click the downloaded file to roll back:

Although if v6.18 is asking for your key now then you will still have to enter your key and registered name to re-activate v6.17 as Pro,
