IAHawk Posted November 14, 2023 Share Posted November 14, 2023 I finally got CCleaner to install correctly and load but now I am having issues trying to activate it. Have two different licenses, one for "CCleaner Premium Bundle" and one for "CCleaner Premium - 5 users, 18 months" Both are good until March 2024. When I try to activate "CCleaner Premium Bundle" License I get this error message "Sorry we can't activate your license right now Error Code: SYSTEM (12029)". When I try to this activate "CCleaner Premium - 5 users, 18 months" license Iget this error message "sorry we can't activate your license right now Error code: ALPHA (0x10000003)" First which license do I use sine for some reason I have two different ones and how do I fix it? Moderators nukecad Posted November 14, 2023 Moderators Share Posted November 14, 2023 A 12029 error appears to be caused by an incorrectly configured VPN/Proxy/Hosts file. (The ALPHA error has also been seen before but we are not sure what causes that). see if anything here helps. particularly post #2 by 'Guest JohnCCleaner': As for why you have 2 licences ??? Do you remember buying 2? Interesting that they both expire at the same time. As the messages say "Please try again later" it may only be temporary, or if it is a fault someone may already be working to fix it.
