So you made an error and are now blaming others for your mistake, and being pretty rude about doing it.

We are told that support are pretty overloaded at the moment, so are taking much longer to reply than they normally do.
They will get around to your request but you will have to wait your turn like everyone else.

I suggest that you try to show some patience.

PS. Swearing at people is not the best way to get results, especially when the problem that you have is your own fault.
