Ccleaner starts only as administrator

We have seen this before. (and can replicate it).
It's a permissions thing and  happens/can happen if you untick 'Run CCleaner' at the end of the install.

There's an easy fix -

Reinstall CCleaner but this time leave 'Run CCleaner' ticked in the installer and let CCleaner open from the installer.

That's it - You can close CCleaner and it will now open/run as normal for a non-admin user.

If you need the latest installer then you can download it here: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds

Don't uninstall your current CCleaner Pro. Once downloaded just double click on the 'CCsetup611.exe' and it will pick up your licence key from the current install.
(If you have uninstalled your current one then you'll have to enter your key into the new install to re-register it).
