What you report can happen if you purchase a brand new key rather than renewing the old key, (eg. if you upgraded from Pro to ProPlus that would need a new key), it's the old key that is expiring not the new one. See the last section here which explains why you may be being asked to renew even though you have just purchased again, it has the email address to contact support if needed: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050413792#view-your-ccleaner-license-status-in-options-about-license-information--0-2 Note that you no longer have to go Options > About > License Information as said there.
