Logging out of devices

Recommended Posts

I'm currently paying for CCleaner Professional for one device. Using my license key I logged into another device, thinking it would switch the license over. However, it's kept it running on both machines, and after reading some of the small print I'm under the impression that this means the subscription cost will be increased.

I no longer have access to the other laptop because it belongs to my university which I've now left, so I can't manually uninstall CCleaner on that device or de-activate the license on that machine. Does anyone know if there's a way to log out of all devices?

Many thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it.

The subscription cost wouldn't be increased for a simple matter such as this, people do get new computers now and again and the system recognises that. As long as a licence doesn't contine in use on multiple computers then it's not a problem.

But for more about managing your subscription take a look at: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020674812-How-do-I-manage-my-CCleaner-subscription-#how-do-i-manage-my-ccleaner-subscription--0-0

If it's a university machine they will (should) clear and reset it before giving it to anyone else and so CCleaner will no longer be on it.

If you want more confirmation then email support@ccleaner.com using the email that you used to purchase your licence.
